ONLAYS AND INLAYS

WAX UP MANUAL

It's done by using a cast to get the actual mold of your teeth. The set of your own teeth will be molded into a wax figure, hence the diagnostic wax-up. This procedure helps dentists to see your teeth better and make better judgments on treatment. It's a recommended procedure for cosmetic dentistry.

WAX UP DIGITAL

What is a digital wax-up? The digital wax-up is much the same as a conventional wax-up on a stone model: the digital wax-up is overlaid onto the digital model. The process creates a 3D representation of the proposed result created over the 3D pre-op model.
